Welcome to BEST Training’s Training Needs Analysis programme. This section of our website is designed to help you identify specific areas of development of training.

The TNA programme is completely FREE for non-commercial use and requires you to sign up before you can take part in our online assessments.

At present The TNA programme can offer you skills-based assessments in The Microsoft Office Suite of programs, including; Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.

After signing up for our FREE skills-based assessments you will receive a username and password which you can use to sign-in and start our assessments.

After completing the assessments you will be able to review your results and recommendations for training. There is no limit to the number of times you take an assessment. We recommend taking them once, then returning to them after you have completed the necessary training. You will then be able to review your progress.

The TNA programme is designed for everyone.
