Training Needs Analysis

Assessing the needs of each team, or the organisation as a whole is essential to ensure that all training is relevant and appropriate. By spending time within your organisation we can assess and implement the most effective training plan that will ensure measurable results.
Each individual has different styles of learning, which needs to be ascertained so the relevant training method is delivered whether it is tutor-supported self-study, Instructor led, workshops or on-line web-based training.

Courseware Design
BEST Training are able to compliment a bespoke course by providing a reference manual for the delegate to utilise. We will work closely with you to ensure the course material is appropriate for the training.
We can customise and develop courseware focussed specifically on the business need which can be provided in the form of handouts. We can work with you to determine the proposed structure and key topics. This enables us to encompass your existing ‘brand image’ on the course material provided and incorporate exercises relevant to your business.
