Training Styles That Suit You

People learn in different ways and different types of training rely on different learning methods. The table below is a guide to the learning methods used in each training type.

Tutor-Led Training (Using initiative/testing)

Classes of up to 9 delegates taking the same course are taken through our BEST Training module by module and are given practical interactive tasks to complete. These courses can be taken at one of our training centres or we are able to visit companies on-site subject to facility specifications. We also run a public schedule where delegates from different organisations can attend.

Tutor-Supported Self-Study (Using initiative/exploring)

This method allows delegates to work at their own pace, studying intensively over a few days or spreading the learning experience over a number of weeks. Delegates work at their own level, allowing complete beginners and experienced users to be trained at the same time. This flexibility enables you to organise your training schedule around your existing commitments. Access to our training centres is available 8.30am to 6:00pm each weekday and 8:00am to 8:00pm on selected weekdays and an Instructor is on-hand to act as a mentor through each course, offering 1-2-1 advice and instruction.

E-Learning (Using initiative)

We understand that it is not always practical for delegates to attend courses away from the workplace and therefore we are able to offer a web-based solution as an alternative. Obviously, there is no substitute for instructor-led training; however on-line training can be a more practical and cost-effective solution.

Tailored Training (Blended/Bespoke Training)

We are able to design and develop bespoke training solutions specific to client’s requirements. This enables us to encompass an existing ‘brand-image’ and utilise business tools that are used in conjunction with the selected software package. Modules can be specifically designed to reflect current business procedures. These classes can be delivered to delegates of up to 9 or as a one-to-one training session.
